Private Party Room Information
Select Claw Joyland locations offer private party rooms for birthday celebrations and special events.
Guests reserving a private party room may bring their own food and beverages for their event.
Claw Joyland does not provide food, beverages, or catering services.
Locations without a private party room still offer Birthday Party Packages and the full Claw Joyland gaming experience; however, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility.
Party room availability varies by location. Please contact your local Claw Joyland store for availability and details.
Party Room Usage Policy
All Birthday Party Packages that include a Private Party Room come with up to 3 hours of room usage.
Guests are granted a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled end time.
If the party room remains occupied more than 15 minutes beyond the reserved time, an additional charge of $100 will apply.
Each additional hour is charged at $100.
Please ensure all guests vacate the party room promptly at the end of the reservation to avoid additional charges.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
• An 18% Party Room Cleaning & Service Fee applies only to reservations that include a Private Party Room.
• Locations without a Private Party Room do not charge any cleaning or service fees.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time are non-refundable.
• All reservations are subject to availability.
Additional Information
Claw Joyland is not responsible for food or beverages brought by guests.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and safeguarding personal belongings during their visit.
Claw Joyland reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, package offerings, and reservation terms at any time without prior notice.
