How to Book

• Online Booking: Fill out the reservation form on our website and complete payment to secure your party time.

• In-Store Booking: You may also visit any Claw Joyland location to book and pay in person.

• All bookings are subject to an 18% Room Cleaning Service Fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure fair use of our facilities and protect customer rights, please note the following:

• To cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

• By making a payment, you agree to this cancellation policy.

• Claw Joyland assumes no responsibility for the quality or safety of any food or beverages brought into the party rooms by customers.

• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and supervising children. Claw Joyland is not liable for any lost property or injuries.

• Please use the facilities responsibly. We reserve the right to hold customers accountable and seek compensation for any intentional damage.

• In case of force majeure events (such as natural disasters or government restrictions) that prevent use of the venue, Claw Joyland will assist with rescheduling or refunds but assumes no further liability.

• Claw Joyland reserves the right to interpret and amend party booking policies, pricing, and terms as permitted by law.
