CLAW JOYLAND Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the CLAW JOYLAND Membership Program.

By registering for, accessing, or using a CLAW JOYLAND Membership Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are designed to protect the integrity of our Membership Program, promote fair and consistent treatment of all Members, and provide a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding experience for all guests.

Your continued participation in the Membership Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate any Membership application or Membership Account at its sole discretion.

Lifetime VIP Membership refers only to the duration of the Membership status and does not guarantee that any specific benefit, reward, discount, complimentary token amount, point value, promotional offer, or Membership feature will remain unchanged.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any Membership benefit at any time without prior notice.

2. Membership Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) Membership Account.

Each Membership Account must be registered using a unique phone number and email address.

Providing false information, creating duplicate accounts, using another person’s identity, or attempting to bypass Membership requirements is strictly prohibited.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate duplicate, fraudulent, inactive, or unauthorized Membership Accounts.

Any associated Membership Points, Complimentary Tokens, Rewards, Discounts, VIP Benefits, or other Membership privileges may be forfeited without compensation.

3. Membership Account Usage

Membership Accounts are intended solely for personal use.

Each Membership Account may be used by a maximum of two (2) approved individuals.

Approved users must consist of:

* The registered account holder; and

* One approved family member or domestic partner.

Both approved individuals must appear together in the Membership photo on file.

Membership Accounts may not be shared with friends, relatives outside the approved account, coworkers, neighbors, or any other unauthorized individuals.

Only the approved individuals shown in the Membership photo are eligible to receive Membership benefits, including but not limited to:

* Promotional Offers

* Monthly Complimentary Tokens

Unauthorized use of a Membership Account may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of Membership privileges.

4. Membership Photo Requirements

A valid Membership photo is required for every Membership Account.

The Membership photo must clearly display the registered account holder and, if applicable, one approved family member or domestic partner.

A maximum of two (2) individuals may appear in the Membership photo.

The following are not acceptable:

* Celebrity photographs

* Drawings or illustrations

* Group photos containing unauthorized individuals

Members are responsible for maintaining an accurate and current Membership photo.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to reject, remove, or require replacement of any Membership photo that does not comply with these requirements.

Membership benefits may be suspended until an acceptable Membership photo has been provided.

Membership photo replacement requests are subject to management approval.

5. Identity Verification

To protect Members and prevent fraud, CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to verify the identity of any Member at any time.

Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

* State Identification Card

* Other government-issued identification

Failure or refusal to provide valid identification upon request may result in denial of Membership benefits, suspension of Membership privileges, or refusal of service.

Employees may request identity verification whenever account ownership cannot reasonably be confirmed.

6. Points, Tokens & VIP Benefits

Membership Points, Tokens, Rewards, Discounts, and all other Membership Benefits are valid only at participating CLAW JOYLAND locations. They have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, exchanged, shared, assigned, or otherwise provided to another person.

All Token purchases, Membership purchases, Prize Redemptions, and Membership Benefits are final and non-refundable.

Eligible VIP Members may receive:

* Five (5) Complimentary Tokens each calendar month; and

* Ten (10) Complimentary Birthday Tokens during their birthday month.

Monthly & Birthday Complimentary Tokens

To claim Monthly Complimentary Tokens or Complimentary Birthday Tokens, the Member must:

* Purchase a Token Package with a minimum value of US$20.00 during the same visit;

* Present a valid same-day purchase receipt before leaving the store;

* Use the Member’s own Membership Account for the qualifying purchase; and

* Present the Membership QR Code upon request.

Purchases made on behalf of another Member do not qualify.

Each qualifying receipt may be used only once to claim Complimentary Tokens.

Duplicate, copied, altered, fraudulent, expired, previously redeemed, or another customer’s receipt will not be accepted.

Multiple purchases may not be combined to satisfy the minimum purchase requirement unless expressly authorized by CLAW JOYLAND.

Complimentary Tokens:

* Must be claimed during the same visit;

* Must be used during the same visit;

* Cannot be stored for future visits;

* Cannot be added to any account balance;

* Cannot be carried over to another month;

* Cannot be redeemed for cash;

* Cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, gifted, or shared;

* Cannot be removed from the premises.

Each eligible VIP Member may claim Monthly Complimentary Tokens once per calendar month.

Birthday Complimentary Tokens may only be claimed once during the Member’s birthday month.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, canceled, disputed, declined, or becomes subject to a chargeback, any Complimentary Tokens, Membership Points, Rewards, Discounts, Stamps, or Membership Benefits associated with that transaction may be revoked, deducted, or canceled without prior notice.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Membership privileges in cases involving fraud, abuse, misuse, or repeated violations of these Terms.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Membership Benefits, Token Benefits, Reward Programs, Promotional Offers, Point Values, or Redemption Requirements at any time without prior notice.

7. Membership QR Code

Each Membership Account includes a unique Membership QR Code.

The Membership QR Code is intended solely for use by the registered Member(s) associated with the account.

The following are strictly prohibited:

* Sharing a Membership QR Code;

* Sending or forwarding a Membership QR Code to another person;

* Selling or renting a Membership QR Code;

* Lending a Membership QR Code;

* Copying or reproducing a Membership QR Code;

* Using screenshots or photographs of another Member’s QR Code;

* Allowing any unauthorized person to use a Membership QR Code.

Members are responsible for protecting the security of their Membership Account and QR Code.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of Membership privileges.

8. Promotions, Rewards & Prize Redemption

Promotional Offers, Discounts, Reward Programs, VIP Benefits, Complimentary Tokens, Prize Inventory, Point Values, Redemption Requirements, and Promotional Events may be modified, limited, suspended, substituted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Prize availability is not guaranteed.

CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value when necessary.

Promotional Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise by CLAW JOYLAND.

All decisions regarding Promotions, Rewards, Prize Redemption, and Membership Benefits made by CLAW JOYLAND Employees or Management shall be final.

9. Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Membership Account.

Members are responsible for all activity occurring under their Membership Account.

Members shall immediately notify CLAW JOYLAND if they believe their Membership Account has been lost, stolen, compromised, or accessed without authorization.

Failure to safeguard Membership information does not relieve the Member of responsibility for activities occurring under the Membership Account.

10. Inactive Accounts

Membership Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be archived, restricted, suspended, or otherwise maintained at CLAW JOYLAND’s discretion.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, including their phone number, email address, and Membership photo.

Where permitted by applicable law, CLAW JOYLAND reserves the right to remove inactive promotional benefits, unclaimed rewards, or other promotional privileges associated with inactive Membership Accounts.
